Will this damage my natural lashes?

Not at all! The Lilac St. lash system has been (lovingly) designed to be extremely gentle on your natural lashes.

Are these lashes vegan?

Yes! All of our products are always vegan and cruelty-free.

Can I wear contacts with these lashes?

Absolutely! Eye drops are also safe to use, but don't touch your lashes while they’re wet for max lash longevity.

Are Lilac lashes safe for pregnant people?

Only your doctor can answer this one. We take care to create extremely safe and gentle products, but you should always consult your doctor. We list all our product ingredients in their product descriptions for your convenience and safety.

Can I trim the lashes if they’re too long?

You could trim them, but we advise against it. The light and fluffy ends are part of what makes Lilac St. lashes so natural-looking! Trimming can leave the lash wisps looking blunt.

Are the lashes reusable?

Yes! Most customers can wash and re-wear a single set of Lilac lashes three times.

Can I use mascara and eyeshadow with these lashes?

Absolutely! Just be careful when using oil-based makeup removers around your lashes, as these will break down the lash bond.

Can I use a lash serum while wearing Lilac lashes?

Many of our customers do use a lash serum with our lashes, but some serums can cause bond breakdown and reduce lash longevity. There's no harm in trying!

Why did my Lash Shampoo separate?

The Lilac Lash Shampoo is formulated with natural ingredients—because we care about your skin! Due to the natural ingredients, the texture and consistency will vary. This is a normal circumstance for this product and does not affect its performance o
